stenluke was a problem with apostrophes in MS Gothic for some reason, but everything else is now corrected and uploaded!

pg 32 in the manga said 21 territories and I sleepily misread as 27 lol. but given that the sovereignty isnt counted in the rankings it's kind of weird why the manga would count them when the LN doesnt?? weird
