This wasn't a bad chapter honestly, im glad it didnt end with the cliched "you dont have to get over her, keep chasing her actually, maybe you can win its not too late!!" and it ended with "you'll work hard to get over her eventually". and Raika is getting setup to have a possibly useful role now that isnt just a waste of time in the plot

Conceivably Raika could end up a love interest for Suzuka. He's already thinking "she's a nice person".
