Lemon shows up in this chapter for one panel to cringe at sunao and then leaves

It'd be nice to have a normal romance manga where the main characters don't end up together

Is this a good read? And what is this about.
It's decent at least, has some very annoying inconsistencies but's decent.

This is a summary of the 1st chapter:
It's about this guy who was dating his childhood friend on high school, eventually she dumped him saying she cheated on him with other multiple guys and he supposedly got traumatized. Moving up to the present, he's on college and has been avoiding any romance until he met this cute girl recently that he's getting along with pretty well. One day he accidentally meets with his ex, whom he had absolutely no contact ever since their break up, she accs as if nothing had happened and is all cheery while he's simply confused, after she leves he gets pissed but moves on cause she has nothing to do with him. Then they start swapping bodies once every other day and they are stuck together.

If you need a good romcom better read Learning to Love My Cat-like Classmate, Journey Home After School or They are Still Being Shaken This Morning. None are with college students but still better.

I personally was quite surprised by this manga.
Generally I don't read much romances where the premise is ex's getting back together and whatnot but this manga is genuinely a breath of fresh air in many regards, and is genuinely pretty tactful and grounded. Yes there is an elephant in the room waiting to be addressed (+in general progression between the main pairing is slow) but everything other than that is not dragged out longer than needed and the manga is good at cutting out BS and annoying misunderstandings. I'd say it is pretty good overall if you aren't impatient about the main pairing being progressed slowly.

Did she actually cheat on him or have they addressed that yet

We know from her pov that she didnt acc cheat on him but she hasnt cleared that up with him, yet some chapters ago he said he's been suspecting it to be a lie for some time now.
