Their first kiss was 10 chapters before the sex chapter (27 and 37, respectively). Pretty sure there have been maybe two more on-panel kisses, as well, since around then.

@hayasaka03 yeah, it was definitely sex. It is much more obvious if you look at the original web comic... they kinda just infer it in the manga since it is shoujo.

Wiki and main info page for the manga here says it's shonen demographic.
