i feel as though this manga is trying to emulate the shoujo manga vibes of the 80s, from its art style, to how the two main characters act towards one another. it's an episodic, pretty predictable plot and punchline, girl does mean shit, boy tries to stand up to her, fails miserably in some way, regardless if he disengages with the argument, girl wins in some way, and absolutely nothing changes.

No and no.
In the 1-3 chapters she's only asked money from the ml, I wouldn't say she's so random. The only random she did that was this cigarettet thing. But it's okay everyone has a different taste in jokes and comedy. This looks like it's not for me that's all.
