Honestly the best way to equally satisfy all fans of a harem is to make the real ending ambiguous and then make a what-if omake for each girl. If you make one girl official, the rest of the fans will skin you alive no matter who you pick. Either that, or go full polygamy

The moment you put more than one love interest, and make them likable (which by itself is an achievement), you corner yourself without escape, so... just make an open end and make little "what ifs" scenarios, or like you said... HAREM THEM ALL.

But even the last option needs that the MC be at least likable too, if not you stay think why the hell these girls like the motherfucker, and Ichimary is... yeah, he is likable, he had weak moments but truth be told he is up there with MCs done well.
