I've increased the amount of time I spend walking to around 2 hours per day. However, I'm still not doing any weight training
You might have a nearby park that has some calisthenics equipment and do some squats, pull ups, push ups, crunches. Though not like you absolutely have to do strength training.

I have been walking for about two hours every day, consistently. I'm considering buying a weighted vest to increase the intensity

I wonder if people will think I'm wearing a bulletproof vest (or if I'll look like a dork, lol)

just tell them you're gregnant 🧠

they do make some more stylish ones these days though, i know a couple people who have them. they kind of look like backpacks

Holy cow! That sounds difficult. To be honest, I've never seen anyone walking backwards on a treadmill at the gym

The speed is actually really easy. Anything under 2 you can do without holding the handles.

But adding incline?? My thighs burned at 1.7 speed but the incline was at a 5.0. Highest I went via incline was 12.0

What do you mean by “swimming”? 😂

The community pool has a weird shape, so I essentially try to swim from the 3foot area from one part to another. I'll try to swim to the other side (after lifting) and then try to run in the pool back to the other side. I could run it to the opposite but swimming it was harder because I was tired, I'd get 60ish percent of the way there before just feeling it. Even worse I had to stop running because my big toe started peeling, looks like something cut my foot as I tried running.
