When I was at my weakest, trapped in a lonely 'prison' with nothing to do except torture myself for entertainment or die to end the misery early instead of letting it pass; I did 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, 10 squats, 300 of an exercise I don't know name of but it uses feet and walk 3km every day for only one reason which was wanting to live. I was so weak sometimes I couldn't do more than 7 push-ups. But I wanted to live. If my muscles atrophied I wouldn't be able to use them. I am not Neo from the Matrix. I wanted to see the world because I born and to experience that freedom, I would tell myself: tatakae, tatakae tatakae (but not in Japonaise because I don't know that).
In just a few weeks I could easily do 10 and even 15 without getting tired so I increased it to 20. Felt like I was in Dragon Ball (I find Vegeta very relatable. He literally me fr except for the hair)
One day it was over. I got outside, touch grass (I do that daily) said "whatever" and went on with my life. I rely on techniques, hax, mysteriousness and fraudulence so raw strength was not needed much. I lost 10 kilo and gained it back in muscle and bones. But soon I back to 1 elixir after going from Bond villain to edgelord - except now I am faster, smarter and more mysterious. However I was not fraudulent yet. It was only after reading Lord of Mysteries many years later did I start exploring that area.
What I am trying to say is: whatever. You don't need a reason. Just do it. Impossible is nothing. One small step for Jaffa. You got this.
