@nobaka, I imagine she probably says Buhii in the original text, but since that translates to oink, the translators probably took some liberties and used piggy since it reads better and provides the same effect (it's a rather amusing speech quirk whatever the case, given her character traits :p )

i saw carlos medels name mentioned so i wanna ask, when exactly does this manga take place? i always heard it was during ashura but i don’t know how much time has passed i don’t think its been 2 years so are the purgatory fighters famous?
It's later revealed, by Sandrovich Yabako himself, that "Danberu" (which is the girls' 2nd & 3rd years of high school) takes place both during "Kengan Asura" and near the start of "Kengan Omega." Attached file related! It's his reasoning for how Hibiki's eating contest happens against Ohma, the later Kyoto Tofu eating contest (that Koga loses), and the excuse to meet DOZENS of other Asura and Omega characters... As well as revealing they are in the same school and grade as Hina from "STAR: Strike it Rich."

is sakura screaming buhii, buta, or piggy? or is it onomatopoeia
Perfect! Yes! It is, in fact, an onomatopoeia derived from the literally phonetic ピギイイイイ (pigiiiiii).
Sandrovich Yabako has now commonly written that for her as a sort of catchphrase. The obvious pun being "a fat piggy" and the ironically humorous similarity to her own name in katakana ピギイ->ヒビキ.
