I read about 140 chapters before I quit reading this one. It's just...not good. The characters are shallow and forgettable. The pacing is jumpy, but slow overall, and the lore is barely explained and just keeps expanding without really much detail. Then there's randomly a robot that looks like it came from Wall-E. It's like the author just wants to smash together as many genres as possible without taking the time to explain how it's possible.

Which would be fine if it were fun, but it's not. It's boring.
The MC is meh... stupid.
The pacing in this is horrible, And from the rest of the comments in here, it doesn't seem to get better.

I have to admit, the cover cought my eye at the begining. After 40 chapters I began to think I was scammed. Don't repeat my mistake, just enjoy the cover art for a bit and pass by.

While it had been taken down from Mangadex when I wrote this, I think I'll leave a small review. It's... actually good for a xianxia manhua (the standard has quite fallen). The cultivation concept and power scaling differs from the usual level-stage-whatever, I'd say it's not as extensive as, say, Panlong (novel version, not the shit manhua version)/Soul Land/Spirit Blade Mountain where the story goes into painstaking details on how to reach enlightment/crossing tribulation/ascending into divinity/how to swing a sword. The cultivation mechanics is not a strong part of this manhua.

This manhua, very surprisingly, have a lack of elderly characters (esp. villains) with 5-year old mentality that's plaguing many wuxia/xianxia manhuas (no 'saving face', 'giving face', 'how dare you slap me back when I'm bullying you' bullcrap). The human interaction between characters feels.. human - it often lack depth, but insignificant for main plot progression. MC starts as a generic high-spirited, naive shonen manga template, but starts to (d)evolve later into the story. The story involves several factions with their own goals, with MC and his companions walking in the crossfire.

It contains plenty of trashy humor. I like trashy humor and this manhua excels at it.

Some expectation to adjust:
- The chapters are... damn short. Expect one chapter to feel more like a third or half of 'proper' chapter and gungho through it.
- If you're attracted by the cover picture... well, then just stick to the cover picture of (most) each chapter. The content itself isn't about fan service.
- This is not about OP MC steamrolling through the world, suppressing retardedly villainous villains left and right. MC is relatively strong in the story, but the battles aren't always about pure power.

Try to give it a read, it's different than the usual affair.

I gotta say, this is not that bad. It's actually pretty entertaining. The lore is very fun and it really does show that the author had enthusiasm in writing it. The main male character is a bit bland and Naruto-like, but he gets cooler and more serious as it progresses, the main female character is pretty cool, but seclusive and we haven't seen much of her either. The supporting characters are always fun. The plot, the sects, and the worldbuilding is really good. And the character's interactions are surprisingly well-done. The dryad was pretty cool and that plot was fun too. Why have the chapters been taken down? I actually did not want to read this because I expected lots of fanservice from the cover, but I finally gave it a go and I'm pleased to say that wasn't the case at all. Practically no fanservice-y bullshit at all, and no stupid harem, thank you author. Ah, the art gets surprisingly better from 150~ onwards.

EDIT1: The fan translation is miles better than the official one, what a pity. And the official one stopped at 200 when the fan translation is caught up at 240. They want people to pay for that? Ugh. The only good thing about the official one is that they re-draw and translate the onomatopoeia, which Meraki doesn't even translate at all.

EDIT2: I now know why Meraki Scans took their stuff down. Interesting.

Yeah this one's probably dead

Sucks because this is one of the few good manhuas that doesn't melt your brain with cultivate stuff
