Now this is why a wizard's tower should put controls and limits over all spell casters in their area of influence.

Having no rules and ethics results in dudes in armor kicking down your doors and shaking you down if one of your mages gets out of line.

Did thirteen really redeem himself? No, he's the reason Estelle got captured and all he did was whimper.
So far we got 2 "wew so edgy" chapters that had no real consequence and we are reminded the 3rd time she had a shit life before.
