Her parents are part of the reason why she had a bad personality and her grandfather was too lenient regarding the stress eating and he even spoilt her. And his cousin did not help her to cope with her problem regarding the departure of her parents and he even scorns her appearance because she is fat. He even want to marry her off because she's useless. Now that she have amazing invention, he wants to help her or in short used her for his own benefit. I know he wants to protect their teritory but at the point her cousin is have a problem (stress eating because her parents aren't in the house) he did not help her. What I'm trying to say is that her cousin is an asshole. Furthermore, the worker is part of the problem because they talk to her behind her back, that's the point when she bully the workers.
