In reality i guess with 60 kg your body shouldn't be that big unless your height is like under 150 cm, if she's like 155 cm, then i would dare say that she would have a full figure but not to the extent of too fat like in here

she ends up reaching the level of the fake portrait given to Richard but then rebounds and continues to have to struggle with it, basically bouncing around throughout the story. This series demonstrates how fat isn't just completely gone when you slim down and can come back at any time if you aren't careful, which I think is pretty cool.
