@firefish5000 There's actually a handful of pretty decent isekais with female MCs, I'm just too lazy to go find many of them right at this moment because there's no easy way to search through your own follows. I know I saw a decent comment a while back that had a good list of them, but I can't for the life of me remember what chapter of what manga it was on.
Gyaru Tensei ~ Isekai Seikatsu Majidarui ~ is pretty lighthearted and funny, although it got axed so it's short and the ending isn't terribly satisfying
If you're cool with a more shoujo-y one, there's
In Another World, I'm Called: the Black Healer which I guess isn't great, but it's okay and at least the MC isn't omnipotent and lacking in any kind of personality
Seijo no Maryoku wa Bannou desu is also a bit shoujo-y, but not as much as the black healer one (I guess because it's technically josei)
Honzuki no Gekokujou is decent, although it's annoying you can't read it on mangadex. This one has some elements of 'people in other worlds are really dumb', but it's hard to find an isekai without that.
I really like
Koushaku Reijou no Tashinami. It has a little of the 'otherworlders are dumb' thing, mostly in the beginning, but for the most part it's really about politics in the kingdom
Very similar starting premise but a completely different tone,
Otome Game no Hametsu Flag shika nai Akuyaku Reijou ni Tensei shite shimatta... is pretty silly and lighthearted.
There's
Kumo Desu ga, Nani ka? but if you read isekais then of course you've at least heard of that one.
You should be able to find more comprehensive lists with some googling or something. There's oddly enough also a fair number of them out there that have a male MC reincarnated into a female body, but I don't count that as a female MC, and those almost always suck anyway; I've yet to see one where it's a female reincarnated into a male body, so I think it's just some fetish fuel thing.
EDIT: I remembered one more that isn't available on mangadex:
The Reason Why Raeliana Ended up at the Duke's Mansion
