Anyways, whatever happens I hope the story won't end with MC and this garbage FMC. MC definitely deserves better, but MC x FMC tropes are strong in manga. It's a shame that the author had to pair MC up with a ruined FMC if it does end up happening though. Pray for MC guys.

Like the chapter where she cry in front of MC because she don't understand why he is not fucked up like all the people she met before. That shows that she knows the fucked up thing that happen in this world. This clearly state that she became mature in certain aspect despite her age, and she can now know how dangerous it is outside.

And I don't think I see her as being smart earlier like you do. She has always come off as someone very immature and not ready for the world, yet felt forced to do things to get away from whatever horrible things (to her) she had in her original home.
