It depends on where you look. There have been several studies throughout the history of Yuri, but it usually comes down to a 6/4 split in one direction or the other. Yurihime, for example, was 6/4 in favor of men (at least by the end of the last decade), thanks to the Yuru Yuri boom, which skyrocketed their male readership and flipped their ratio.
