I never understood why these people need to "dismiss" comrades.
If they were really concerned about him dying or something, they could have asked if he wanted to do admin duties since he had the skills for it.
Just cuz they're gonna fight a strong monster doesn't mean you have to fire your vanguard, thats why there's always a reserve army, because when you're on the backfoot it's good to have someone fresh to take the burden off. He doesn't always have to be there, but it's good to have an experienced fighter in case of emergencies.

well technically they had 6 members including him so they would have needed 4 votes (everyone besides the mc)
if they realy only had 3 then that shows that either the author isnt very bright or that the party never saw him as a member which means they are human trash....


that bratty healer and the others forgot one important thing the pedestal on which they are standing was build to 50% by the mc making him mvp with 250% contribution
and thats not even justice... for it to be just they would need to give the mc 50% of their earning/achievement everytime the slay something because without him they wouldnt be able to slay them at this age

and with the dawn of a new drama that party isnt long for this world either... loosing your growth cheat and magic attacker thats serious performance loss right there
