I don't know if the translation is good, but if it is, then it's clear that the author doesn't know what he is talking about.
1) "The world's first artificial technology/AI" => we are already using artificial intelligence today, check your definition.
"Hyper artificial intelligence" => this is known as AGI in the real world : artificial general intelligence.
2) "The right for developing Raum has been taken away from us." , "our time is too tight" , "It's a national project"
I've never heard of a national/country-level project about an active research field with a clear deadline. If you have an example, i'm interested.
3) The revelation of chap 0 was so predictable, i was not only bored at the end of it, but also a bit angry, like there was nothing more.
4) Power button : plastic would be more realist (and = no electrocution). Every button on almost all computer are made in plastic.
yeon Jeongmi : "No, there were no faults in the machine itself" lol, let's say this is true.
Then, reaction of vice team leader to suspect her is dumb as shit, if she was the culprit, why say that ?
5) The codes shown on the screen mean nothing. Not even one programming language in 2020 look like that.
Sure, it could have been created, but this is 2025, and the project began 10 years before, so 2015. Generally, you don't want to rewrite a project you have worked on for 5 years in another language.
Moreover, since you try to don't repeat yourself when you code, almost every language provide either loops or recursion. So why is there 3 times the same line ?
This is the most compelling example to say the author doesn't understand shit about the subject he's talking about.
Another posibility is that the codes are actually ids of employee, and they get logged when they enter or exit the building, but then why 3 ? She just entered and leaved immediately.
Code:
Chapter 1 was ok-ish at the beginning, btw by the end of chap2, you understand that it was all useless and the events of the last chapter have no consequences and will likely don't show-up again in the story.
TL;DR
Author likely doesn't know what he's talking about and talk about AI bc it's been hype for several years now.
Doing hard SF is hard. The devil is in the details.
Luckily, at the end of chap2, we're no more in 2025, and since it's hard to predict how will be the future in so many years, it becomes somewhat less easy to say if this is absurd or possible.
Art is good.
Bonus :
People might think i nit-pick on a lot of things because i don't like SF.
It's actually the opposite, i like it and i expect it to be of high quality. From my fundamental knowledge in maths anl CS, i automatically analyze the stories i read.
Btw, i have no problem with my suspension of disbelief when it comes to fantasy, mecha fighting in space, … at least when the universe is coherent.

Edit2 : The chapters have been shifted, and so chap 0 => chap 1, …
Keep that in mind when reading my commentary above.
