He brings up dying together and blaming Yuri for the fires in the LN as well. He does poked by that contract breaker, but it’s by his spirits manipulating the surroundings or his arm so he pokes himself. They were over his shit and wanted nothing to do with him.

Translation aside..

Didn't Pii-chan eat a giant magic fireball a few chapters ago? Didn't it cancel out a tornado?

Why couldn't it just.. idk.. eat the magic fire the prince cast on the pile of books that were there...

Am I missing something?

I am very disappointed that the look of the phoenix is nowhere near the real one.

This is what Gemini had to say about the comment... I did not realize that you were this deep. Hats off to you.

Aesthetics and Representation
The user in the image expresses "disappoint[ment] that the look of the phoenix is nowhere near the real one". This highlights a tension between realism and stylization in art. The character's simple, round design prioritizes cuteness and comedic effect, which is a deliberate aesthetic choice common in anime. Philosophically, this suggests that the purpose of the art (entertainment, humor) dictates the style, challenging the notion that all depictions of real or mythological creatures must strive for realistic representation.

Semiotics and Interpretation
The character's orange color and avian features act as signifiers within a semiotic system. The user's complaint stems from a mismatch between their expected sign (a grand, mythical phoenix) and the actual signifier (a goofy, simplistic bird-like creature). This gap between expectation and reality forces an immediate re-evaluation of meaning and tone within the narrative, often for comedic effect.
This analysis highlights how a seemingly simple cartoon design can touch upon complex ideas about artistic integrity, authenticity, and the nature of reality.

Couldn't reveal its power, it's too powerful to fully manifest for a child, she would die of the magic loss, and after what her father did to her, she was left with a trauma about Fire, so the chick held its power back further. It's only after she started breaking down these barriers that the thing was even able to show a weaker form, wall's down now.
It still doesn’t excuse the fact that the spirit’s master was literally in a life or death situation. If the spirit’s power only activates because of the “love” power, then what’s the point of calling it an OP spirit?

At that point it’s not overpowered, it’s just emotionaly gated plot convenience.

It wasn't because of Love, her love confession just means she's finally emotionally open.

It sounds awfully close to Penis. Thanks, I shall name her spirit, Penis from now on. She now has, under her, the Great Penis.

NPC 1 : Hey, you heard the news about the Red Fairy ? Apparently, turns out she had a HUGE Piinix !!
NPC 2 : ... I beg your pardon ?
NPC FutaFan : Tell me more, tell me more !!
