Ignore Specific Uploaders (troll prevention)

As a follower of a manga currently under troll attack right now, the new feature that adds chapter gap alerts to all entry points is a very, very welcome one. Unfortunately, even with that protection, and even if we never open troll chapters, a troll can use the chapter name itself as a troll vector, thanks to it showing up automatically in our follows lists. The only means we have to prevent that right now is to put the manga we like on hold until the troll gets bored, but then we don't get updates on when the manga chapters from the proper uploader are submitted! This just hurts everyone, reader and scanlator alike. To counter this, I think we should have the ability to ignore specific uploaders and not see their uploads in our follow list. That way we can continue to follow the manga we enjoy from the genuine scanlators while also avoiding the trolls.

I also like to scan the Updates page too, so having that ignore preference apply to the Updates list as well would be nice too.

This is somewhat different from that since it is about specific uploaders, not groups. I don't think it's necessary to block entire groups if only one of them is a jerk!

If a group has multiple members, only one of whom is a jerk, they will almost surely separate from him, rather than have their earnest efforts or good reputation be abused. Thus, the operational distinction between bad groups and groups with bad members will be minimal.

Hypothetically, a group might allow anyone to upload its scanlations, and some chubby little grunter might upload them in some perverse order. But blocking the CLG's account would be quite ineffectual, as it would be trivial for him or her either to create multiple accounts, or to recruit other chubby little grunters with accounts. The best response in such a hypothetical case is just for someone else promptly to upload the skipped scanlations.

Of course, people can also create multiple groups. Blocking and banning are not as useful as some imagine.

Edit: I failed to mention that problems would arise if good content from good groups were uploaded by a blacklisted uploader. The good content would be invisible to the blacklister, and there'd be no expectation of some other person uploading that same content.

Just upping the thread because a certain someone has apparently some freetime back again. Just hoping the group blacklist feature come soon so i won't have to deal with those unwanted chapter poping.

If I'm thinking of the same group, I'm amazed they managed to post a chapter without blatantly inserting homophobic and racist slurs into it.
