There were some awkward bits, but this is absolutely acceptable (and great given the lack of updates):

• You don't have pronouns changing every panel (the sure sign of bad MTL without an editor who knows English)
• I can actually understand what's going on without (in bad translations) translating the 'english' back to japanese and figuring out where the 'translator' went wrong, which is entirely too much work.

Obviously not a perfect translation, but more than good enough. You're doing good, thank you.

Some examples to make it practical:
page 2, "Agriculture city, Farm Edge!" -> "the agriculture city, Farm Edge!"
page 3, "approximately one hour from the border" -> "a hour of walk away from the city"
page 3, "there pastures for grazing" -> "there are pastures for grazing"

and so on.

Actually I'd like to correct examples one and two,

"the agricultural city, Farm Edge" (change agriculture to agricultural)
"an hour's walk away from the city" (change a hour of walk to an hour's walk)
Finally, KUDOS TO YOU FOR SPELLING PIQUED CORRECTLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
