@TetsuyaLP I don't know if it's the mc being retarded as much as the author dragging out dialogue(or both). The scene that follows him saying the Doctor is dead is followed by the girls reaction, but that reaction is given so much focus and dragged out. Once their interaction is done then MC gets to finally come back in and say he knows the teachings at the end. The story is bad but what makes it really bad is the pacing.
