I'm looking for info on the Arifureta/Dungeon Seeker Lawsuit

Can anyone link me any primary sources about the Dungeon Seeker/Arifureta lawsuit? I've only seen people mention things on comments and forums; the best thing I could find was a mangadex comment paraphrasing a 2chan post.

Its the other way around. Arifureta ln/wn sued Dungeon Seeker wn/ln for being a 99% carbon copy of it. and won which is why DS got canceled.

I don't think there was any lawsuit. Dungeon Seeker got kicked from Syosetu for plagiarism, but I don't see any lawsuits mentioned anywhere.
