Yes, what she did was terrible and inexcusable, but beating the living shit out of her won't get Shouji out of this situation!
The best way to get Shouji out of it is to get the girl to confess that her claim was false, but in order to do that, violence won't cut it. You need to make her understand the gravity of her actions, and starting off by pointing fingers or acting aggressively will only make her more defensive, and given her status of victim at this point, it only gives everyone else more reason to believe in her side of the story.

Seriously, do none of you know how to human properly?
thanks sherlock, i couldnt tell if killing a kid would solve a false sex offense accusation, not until your prestigious statement

jesus what a dumpster fire. this author has zero qualms about turning any of the girls "le bad" just to induce forced drama
Yes, it's a contrived situation created by Yui's unrealistic behavior. But "contrived and unrealistic" describes 99% of the big, high-drama moments in mainstream mana. This is pretty standard fare, and it's only been going on for 2 chapters.

Hordes of idiot bedwetters are the dumpster fire. Because their heads have been filled with 2nd-hand dogshit, this silly plot development triggers them, prompting piles of terrified comments.

I mean, I get it. You're afraid of women. Thanks for sharing. But try to remember that the drawing onscreen is not a real girl. You're safe here.

In other news, those interested in a more vigorous dose of Ore wa Lolicon medicine might consider tracking down Yakiniku King's Mirai kara kimashita! Not that you heard it from me...

"Standard fare or not" the problem is that it's hamfisted and goes contrary to the tone of the manga. There's a time and place for drama. This is just forced, and extremely poorly executed without any regard for the readers expectations.

I dunno. It doesn't strike me as a big deal or too far out of character. The story's been foreshadowing something like this for quite a while. To be honest, it seems trivial. I'm guessing Yui will soon confess and it'll all bow over.

Stuff like dancer girl sleeping with strangers in that alt timeline and then sensei killing himself because he got tired of wageslaving for her kid is more along the lines of this garbage development. It's just far out reaction bait shit that is completely off the rails for no good reason at all. It just goes to show you can't expect much from an "author" who writes this kind of smut in the first place (and editor-san being even worse at his job than that by not reining his author in).

Really? This series is 100% about people accusing Shouji-sensei of being a pedophile. That's literally why it's called "I'm Not a Lolicon!" Sensei's even been arrested for it several times along the way.

Though Ore wa Lolicon na Jai! is a comedy, we're now deep enough into character development to justify more serious and dramatic plot complications. A more serious pedo-accusation is therefore completely appropriate. Again, such accusations are the whole premise here. It's so obvious, I'm surprised everyone didn't see it coming a mile away.

There's nothing "far out" about any of this, and no normal person would be triggered by it.

The title is tongue in cheek what everyone who clicks on a new chapter says to themselves every month. If "real life repercussions" were actually to apply to every stupid shit thing sensei has done so far in the manga, he would actually (no cap!) be in prison serving consecutive life terms. No on expects "realism" in this smutfest. That's not what the readers tune in every month for. They're here for cute girl shenanigans and harmless fluff (and getting virtually bonked for reading this kind of smut manga in the firstplace). Inducing this kind of "development" is nothing but forced and not in step with the tone of the manga.

I'm not saying real life repercussions should apply to everything. Of course not, this is a fluffy comedy. But a lot of comedies do the same: follow years of low-key character development with a bit of drama to raise the stakes.

I get why it might not be welcome, and I hope it doesn't last. But the flood of raging incel meltdown comments is much weirder than what's happening in the story.

Idk. For realism shoji going to jail most realistic thing and then Chise need to redo everything. If something, yes this all Chise fault, unlike Should in this author previous work she "less" focus than shouta but bring it to more serious. Instead the only developed here just MC, but Chise what we hope may have big development since she learn several stuff (like replay the games to see what her mistake) but instead she didn't really do it well. If something I hope not with that "Japanese" approach, everything clear fast af. And I hope that long hair girl goes to the street (not the dancer). And I hope last chapter really lead us to thing. Since this manga will end in 56 or 57

These are serious accusations, they can ruin a person and or get them killed in prison. There is a true story that dates probably in the 80's or 90's. The Father of two girls he sent to a summer school retreat. At the retreat there was a guest speaker that spoke on Fathers molesting their daughters. Somehow out of peer pressure they told the adults that their father molested them. He denied it but the police interrogations was so severe that he said yes just to stop it. After that he lost his job, his wife, his family and his friends. He was ruined. Several years later the daughters finally confessed that thay lied becuase of all the peer pressure. Well it was too late. Thanks for the transltion

Being a teacher has becoming more and more a womans profession. Thats because a man being framed as a pedo, truth or not would be the end of his life(most cases literaly).
