I mean from the way they were talking, it appears that the girls have stayed fairly connected with each other (to varying degrees) to this point. They knew Chise and Shouji were dating. Interestingly enough, they're all about the same age that Shouji was when they all met in that classroom about a decade before.

Honestly with how he was going more in depth with the emotion of the girls I would not be surprised if Uran made a really good harem manga in the future (of course without loli). I do wonder what topic he would cover to “push the envelope” again.
