Reading more than a batch of 4 chapters at once seems to be the way to go for this series.

The Urban Immortal MC, which has pretty much the same backstory, is way faster in actually killing the trash, and does not start mega OP, so it feels like a better series overall.
@cloww is the one making this bearable with the end notes and cheeky translation.
