This chapter hits completely differently now, in a good way kinda. Its been fun rereading the entire series with a new perspective after 21, in hindsight its very obvious he has never been into her the entire time.

Yep. People just cared about his flustered face when the exam topic comes up and tied it to him still being in love with her for some reason but completely ignored the STONE FACE response to dating thing. I thing at this point he has already moved on pretty much.
