A lot of literal infants being loud in the comments section again.
You people need to see the beauty of what the author did here and stop trying to insert yourself and your moral values into it. It's rare that I see the effective portrayal of a character saying something while inside she's questioning every line that comes out of her mouth. And then the truth of what she really feels slowly trickles out quickly becoming a torrent of emotions ending in a slap and a kiss. At this point, whether she is right or wrong here barely matters. You just have to admire how human this is. And remember that this all started as some mundane slice of life romcom. Do you really believe the author knew it would come to this? Hell, there absolutely no way!! This was really creative and truly remarkable. Now, did the author just stumble into a good idea or can he/she replicate it. I'm following this writer closely now.
