Every time I see this manga, the characters all look like foxes and such with that blush thing they've got.
The position of the blush and the size is such that it reminds me of Naruto.
Cute story nonetheless

Eiji-kun wasn't a pushover at all, and berated Shigeru. But those classmates kinda irk me. They had all those feelings, yet only let them out once Eiji fought Shigeru off. Couldn't you appreciate him before that?

I like that Eiji immediately took the chance to confess to Aoi. Even if it was interrupted, unlike other MCs, he doesn't care about what other people think, he only cares about what he thinks. And he likes Aoi. Just 4 chapters in, and he's no longer hiding his relationship with Aoi. This guy is amazing!

Also, if that was a life sized cardboard cut out of Marinasu, then she's pretty tall. Even accounting for the base outline, she's at Eiji-kun's height.

I won't disagree that it looks strange, but I can also see the reason "why" -- building on the narrative premise of chapter 1. He does his little acts of kindness not looking to get anything back, including outward vocal recognition.

In the particular case of the class, we're given 5 different statements from classmates, 3 of them being observational, 2 being personal. Any one of those acts by themselves might be small, but if you start to link them up like a jigsaw puzzle, it let's everyone else see the "bigger picture" that is Eiji.

Do you know what the worst thing is? Probably the author will regenerate this character in the future. It seems like a trend that bad characters become good ones. In Bokuyaba there was senpai who did horrible things, but at the character's farewell at graduation the author regenerated him. I don't understand one thing, his maternal family will use him in a marriage of interest, but won't help him at all?

Ever heard of second chances? Not everyone gets a chance of been redeem themselves.

It's satisfying to see that jerk's ploy backfire on him. I'd hope to never see him again, but I just know he'll be back with a new scheme -- because he's a persistent one dimensional villain, the type of annoying villain who never listens and never learns his lessons.

Ever heard of second chances? Not everyone gets a chance of been redeem themselves.

The problem is that they are usually characters who do not repent and apologize for what they have done. For example Bokuyabai, the Senpai did not apologize for using force to try to get the contact, for tricking Kobayashi to get close to Yamai, for trying to humiliate Ichikawa. And at the end the author makes Yamada say good things about him, that she admired him for being a serious soccer player. I believe in forgiveness, but at the very least the guilty party should apologize

Completely agree here. Of course, it plays into the far less often used "it couldn't be anyone else but you" opinion of the masses, since everyone around them (except Shigeru, who had to get schooled) thinks Eiji is the bee's knees.
