Those weren't my tl notes lmao, they were in the chapter to begin with, calling them horrible and all.

Makegumi backpack literally means failure's backpack, it's calling those people a failure, like the note itself explains, the parent lottery is just dehumanizing and mean, and the kataoyapan is just a kinda mean way to jokingly refer to poverty in single parent households. It literally means "single parent bread" and refers to discounted value packs of bread.

I felt each box explained it enough on their own, and a tl note from me would just be repeating that.

Thanks for the scan.

I was also expecting TL notes. I didn't know if Makegumi was a reference to someone or something named Makegumi that is seen as a failure, so I thought I was missing something. Something like Makegumi = "Failure" or "Failure's Backpack" would help make it clearer.

LOL i wish i was able to have been in a clubroom just snacking and chilling with friends back in the day

Wonder how many teens these days fall for mlm scams and such given tiktok and stuff (and i can imagine parents getting pissed about that but they'd have to be generous with an allowance for them to get scammed too unless they stole/used a credit card number without permission to order)

I don't think it's technically illegal compared to straight up compensated dating tho i wonder how many teen girls would simply sell their underwear/old clothes to make a quick buck lol

(oof unless she's joking, wouldn't baby teeth naturally fall out? i rarely extracted any myself, maybe one or two fell out on its own but we usually just pulled them when it started feeling loose)

Thanks for the update, it's nice to see those two again ^^

btw, the nameplate of the club they went to at the end is something like "international charity club" (litteraly charity without frontiers in french)
