Till now, not sure I've ever seen a proper isekai ghost story. I guess the ones with "school arcs" all have one (those are as expected as swimsuit chapters; standard fare). Don't expect anything on the level of Kaibutsu Oujo, Hell Girl, or even Wakeari Shinrei Mansion (7 months since last chapter
), so this one that put a bit more in the framing was nice.
I think all I've seen is on the level of Scooby Doo in isekais.

I appreciate how this story takes its time to establish the setting. In any other isekai manga by this chapter number (30) we would have already fought a cult leader or something.
