Thanks for the translation!

"I'm warm and cozy thanks to these clothes"... that expose her legs in the snow!

It's good that land rights came up, land rights are very important to a country's economic development historically. The sort of talk in the meeting gave me some Spice & Wolf nostalgia.

Realistically speaking, if everyone knows he can build tunnels easily, he would be on demand for every single mining projects as well, on top of all other tunnels and roadworks.
That elevated profile is bound to make many unnecessary attention, i.e. jealousy from people/organization who used to do public works, and unwanted interest from people of power who will not want him to leave the country (since he would be a vital asset).

Though whether the story will touch this aspect, I dunno, but I don’t really wanna see too much of it cause it’s not as fun as crafting things and shocking people with it.

A warm hood and cape, and still bare legs.

What safety would she provide against a duke? That'd need political safety, not physical.

Sometimes, you do need to re-arrange people's faces, so he's just wrong.

In Soviet Russia, cat Schrödingers you!

Yeah, don't get distracted when noble people are waiting for you.

Calling her a witch and whining about the merchant's guild being about money... That's pretty rich coming from someone who said flat no to the project.

"It is the property of the state, and yet you'd use it for yourself?"
You're telling that to the only one capable of building it in the first place.

Ten years of an average man's income is not an astronomical sum. A mid company can handle those sums. A project like that is worth far more.

No mention/follow-up on Alicia's (the maid) dismissal?
needs more Liz
Needs more of both of them.

The last page "Well done burying the lede your reports."

Is "lede" a typo?
No, it's not. A "lede" is the introductory statement of a news article, which is why "bury the lede" is used as an idiom to say that you're hiding something significant.

In other words, instead of putting the important details in the opening, you hid them further down in the article hoping people wouldn't pay them as much attention.
