Figured I'll post this here, read through all the 71 translated WN chapters (sadly it was MTL'd). Here's some minor spoilers for what you're in for.

Manga has been accurate adaptation. I'd have hoped editor would improve things since overall it's pretty a shallow story, but sadly manga hasn't.
Plot: There is no over arcing plot, just short individual arcs. It's mostly just stories about how various people became fanatical about the protagonist (though most have really shallow reasons, sadly including main heroines). Sometimes it explores various aspects of streamer culture, like death threats and merchandise.
World-building/lore: Basically non-existent. It was never even explained how protagonist was able to figure out how to stream.
Romance: Main heroines find out his identity and do genuinely fall in love with his normal non-streamer self, takes ages to get there though. He acts like a wuss in the "they couldn't possibly love someone like me" kind of way. Though after two heroines confess (c70) he's actually starting to face them properly and acknowledge he has feelings for them. It's guaranteed to be a harem end, since those heroines have agreed to share him. The main heroines if you're curious are Princess, Saint, Assassin and probably Demon Queen & the Goddess of the world (Latter two haven't had as much screen time yet). Minor odd thing, but author clearly has fetish for large breasts, since every notable female character has them.
Yandere: Main heroines and some fans would kill for him (as you've seen), though he discourages them acting too extreme. Saint would be the one with most obvious 'dark side', though hides it well from protagonist. One heroine stalks him 24/7 and when he notices her she would have killed herself due to 'inconveniencing him' if he hadn't stopped her. So overall, it's not the interesting kind of Yandere.

Overall, though, just in case I didn't say this before, I love the expression in this manga, both in general terms and people terms. It wears its heart on its sleeve, and its heart is as out there as the ladies. And most of the fans.

She's the main/only goddess for this world, and can do literally anything (like create and destroy worlds). She's also his first fan and one of the fantatical ones.
I'm not completely sure if she'll be part of the final harem, but it seems fairly likely. At the very least she wants to be part of it.

She reincarnated him to this world and gave him the infinite mana cheat (He doesn't know this). Then apparently watched was watching him out of boredom and become his first obsessed fan (even wears fan t-shirt constantly). She spies on him 24/7 and uses her power constantly so he can have a peaceful life, hence why nobody calls protagonist out for hanging out with saint and princess despite being a commoner. She deleted some guys bullying him from existence, but then quickly restored them when she realized he wouldn't want that. She's appeared directly before him once or twice and he's simply scared of her. I'm pretty sure she keeps trying to possess saint so she can interact with protagonist more often (she can't descend freely in her real body). Also she turned gods of other worlds into fans of protag too.

I'm fairly certain the author will avoid any sexual content, it's very much a Shounen demographic series. One of his big fans is a courtesan, she finds out his real identity and invites him to her brothel to serve him. All he gets is a lap pillow, because she didn't want to push him (she was DTF, but he's too immature).
Regarding voice stuff though, he figures out how to do ASMR and it's strongly implied that it has sexy side effects since he uses magic for it (When the main heroines hear it they're clearly orgasming and lock themselves in their room for a while).
