The heroes plot is just... dumb. Those classmates have literally no purpose here. The holy saint girl one will probably eventually join the MC, but like the rest of them are literally just silhouettes. That's almost hilarious, but unfortunately just dumb. This is a fine chill Manga for just Haruro's chalant antics. But that's it. At the end of the day nothing happens. There's no stakes and not even like a desire or goal from the MC. Which is kinda baffling because the author could just easily push the narrative of "The MC wants to RETURN HOME" but that idea isn't even really present. It doesn't feel like he wants to stay either. He's just going along with whatever. The only like driving force desire that's present is the childhood friend's crush.... but that still just like disappears only to be brought up and nothing happen. Like chapters like this happen where she just feels like an emotionless husk. She actually DOES feel like a tamed puppet because all she did was stand beside the MC and barely even speak.

Soon, I fear. Unless there is a massive plot-twist, there is simply no path for this story to continue at a good pace. The power fantasy at the core of the first arc(?) is being replaced with a more generic version, even reusing previous ideas that didn't really work.

Plus... The idea of recreating out world's technology with magic is always interesting... but focusing on kitchen appliances and baths (instead of, say, weapons or communication tools) shows a lack of seriousness and/or imagination.
