I don't know if this is exactly what I'd call an Isekai, but it sure as hell is good at parodying them. In fact you could probably condense a huge percentage of Isekai manga down to just page 6 of chapter 4.

More importantly though, for the people who read the comments page to see if the manga is worth reading: yes. Yes it is. It's hilarious, and that's all there is to it.
