No it doesn't. The bully guy knew his ability. He could have kept the antidote unlabeled, gave it to another underling and told him to stay away from the area, etc.

Anyway, it's not like the timestop guy thought that far. He's a coward, and not very bright. He is able to kill the rest once he gets the antidote but he would have no spine to do it and the bully guy knows that.

At which point he was never going to get the antidote in the first place which brings it back to just executing the guy when he Declares he used poison. If you got time leftover you ask the still living girls to get the antidote out in 2 seconds or else you pause time and kill them too.

That hat guy is a pushover, both in LORE and without it.

I am strongest guy has some wits about him (mainly cuz he knows not to trust anyone, and distrust that "knight"), but he shows one serious issue: he is afraid of poison.
His power makes it that poison can hurt him, while direct threats cannot, my 3 cents though
