He literally did it to save another world. And that was after he'd been traumatized by cheating. So it's not equivalent at all.
Is it really his fault that she cheated on him? She's the one who doesn't like erotica and sex toys, who demanded attention when he was working late.
He kicked the guy out. Next time, she'll bring someone else.
Lol not anymore bro still has that big dick she ain't going anywhere

The wives should have chosen and stayed with the hero. Their husbands can NEVER give them satisfaction like the clumsy hero. I hope they realize they made the wrong choice.

I'm pretty torn about this ending.

Like the actual ending, I do like. It makes sense somewhat that he got back together with his cheating wife, but I think the best way that I can say what I feel is that it is way to abrupt, not to mention it ignores things that we were shown that implies that his wife wasn't just "lonely," but that they didn't have much chemistry.

Honestly, it feels this story needs an epilogue where it's shown that they have gotten better as a couple, but even then, Im not sure that would work.

I think what Im getting at is it's kinda hard being okay with this kind of ending with how abrupt it is after spending 70+ ch not only showing the unhappier moments in their marriage, but for the mc to be surrounded by a harem that not only understood, but actively helped him become a better lover, even if it was due to a charm made by the goddess who misunderstood his request when he got isekai'd.

Expecting another ending than that is just funny. Go back in his real world and find minako was the goal of the hero during the adventure ¯\(ツ)/¯, so can't fault the author for following his plan.

The last chapter is dogwater because, aside like quickly done, only him has made excuse. Both him and Minako was in the wrong, can't deny that.
I didn't expect some serious discussion between them, knowing the author. But at least something more meaningful about how she also reflect on her behavior.

yeah, should've stayed with a harem. i know stories don't always reflect real life, but i am curious if the actual author is married/divorced irl too
We got the worst ending
Insert "doesn't matter had sex" meme xD; tho yeah i think it was more about the sex scenes than the story, oh well

You know, leading up to this I figured the ending would be bad, but in a "the series of decisions the characters have made will inevitably lead to tragedy" kind of bad ending - not a "nobody's actions are addressed and everyone walks out of the story as if absolutely nothing happened" kind of bad ending. Other than the demon king/god being defeated and the MC punching the dude fucking his wife, nothing in the entire story at any point seems to have had any sort of importance. We don't even get like an epilogue shot with all the wives trying to go back to their old lives or something, so for all it matters to the story the entire isekai adventure might as well been an entirely elaborate hallucination the MC had in the instant he saw someone fucking his wife.

For those of you going "well why do you care, it's always a simple 'wholesome' NTR story" - why did this story need 9 VOLUMES to tell??? The "fight" gag lost its comedic energy at some point midway through, and the art is good but it's not so good that it carries the story all on its own. Even in terms of raw titillation the art loses a lot of its impact when we're seeing the same thing play out over and over again.

I feel I must remind people that the first Isekai Affair story was significantly better told, with similar sexual content, and managed to wrap up in only 3 volumes at that. Even comparing to the author's previous works, this feels like a downgrade.

I'm not gonna sit here and rate it a 1/10 or declare "worst series ever" because I knew what I was getting into going in, but I'd be lying if I said this wasn't a big disappointment.
