I'm still not forgetting that the dude broke the heart of a princess who devoted multiple years of her life to him after he likely spent more time alive in that other world than in this one, and therefore he's basically an old man in the body of a teenager who is behaving like a bored entitled brat with too much free time on his hands rather than a battle hardened wisened warrior. Then again, if it wasn't for him being put in his teenage body, I guess he would've just been the Isekai Ojisan.

He was abducted, forced to fight for many years, and she was a Tsundere bitch to him that whole time. She never even ended up confessing so how would he know her feelings? She spent more than enough time with him to know that he’s dense as fuck, so that’s completely on her.

He doesn’t owe her anything. In fact, you could argue that if he never left then the specific events that lead to his parents death wouldn’t have happened and they’d still be alive.

It’s amazing he’s not dead inside or dreaming about revenge.

Finding “bad” trait holders and trait holders who are not using them (like the elderly) is pretty easy. Finding people who are decent without traits is harder, as is finding them on the street with nobody around to do the sale.

I think his golem can probably help him identify candidates among the people working on the top floor without traits but handling the traits out will probably always be slow. Otherwise people might find a way to game the system.

Yeah I think he’s genuinely worried about society breaking down if they don’t get enough people working in dungeons to collect resources. Funny how the government doesn’t seem to have a similar mindset though
