Due to reasons, the 5th harem member gets given an accessory by the head of her family clan to enhance her (class)'s powers in the dungeon. The accessory in question is called a "Body Clip" which is basically a gold necklace that has two dangling maybe roughly 8 inch long chains from the front center of the necklace part hanging down, and it has three empty skill slots. What isn't immediately apparent either from the description or the picture is that the ends of those two chains are nipple clamps that are intended to be attached to the wearer's nipples.
Basically, Michiro has just been handed a blank, signed check by the head of this girl's clan to have her wear this "Body Chain" as often and as much as he likes, whenever he likes, and to put it on and take it off her himself with any amount of fondling and kissing he wants. This is a privilege he abuses to the absolute maximum, he doesn't have her wear it 24/7 because the last thing he wants is for her to get completely used to it and it lose its effectiveness, but he does use every available excuse to put it on her every time they go out and take it off or put it on her again randomly indoors to maximise the amount of barely suppressed lewd moans out of her getting her nipples pinched by the clips that he gets to hear. His only regret is that there isn't also a third chain, for her clitorous.
It's strongly suspected by the readers, though not outright confirmed by the novel or anything like that, that the real purpose behind this gift is it's the family elder's ploy to raise this girl's standing in the harem despite her having joined last, and to massively raise Michiro's interest in her so she gets better treatment and stuff. It's a plan that seems to be working splendidly.
