The problem isn't that it updates slowly. It's that the updates are literally just useless chapters where nothing important happens. A bunch of sex to sell their manga without any story progression to go with it.

Apparently having a slice-of-life tag that is applied by people who are not the author, makes it so you can't expect the manga to be anything other than sex. My bad. Someone please arbitrarily use their opinion and add a "serious" tag to it, which will magically make it more serious, right?

Gotta love the lack of erotica or hentai tag yet it contains those. Weird that a generalized tag added by non-authors doesn't mean squat sometimes. Crazy!

I don't get either the people wanting 'progression' neither the people wanting this to be full pornography, as in, only sex. This is erotica, the point of it is to be mildly entertained with the plot until you get to the PLOT then get your fill, rinse and repeat. Game wise pg. 14 medium Spirit, medium Intelligence, small MP this stats are more like a priest, to be a Sex Maniac should be strength and stamina instead of intelligence and MP, that what I think, you know he do have to work with the body not with the head

Although I like this manga, I don't think it have consistence to be an anime or hentai, the plot can be describe in a single line and is to big (history wise) for a 2/3 episodes, still, the artist is a genius and I want to see more of his works here (he lack of art in the backgrounds though)

Edit: someone did wrong here, pg.15 say Sex Maniac have 1 medium and 2 small effects with the reverse clearly expose on the image

@0riginal Did you miss the slice of life tag? It's his daily routine of enjoyment, it was never meant to be a plot heavy story. Also, the updates are once a month. (I think but I might be wrong)

I’m curious to see how an anime handles the heavily sexual themes. Just a lot of visual censorship? Or will they try to neuter the plot into a more generic slice of life/harem isekai? I wouldn’t mind the latter honestly, sometimes I find the lewd goes on for too long in this series.
