I love Brocken's comment "You appear to be Human." Remember that Sherry is under the impression that Michio is a God because he possesses multiple jobs at the same time. From my perspective he is more of an Admin, which pretty much would seem like a God to the people of this world. Running around with the Hero job and eventually Great Hero job would also qualify him to be the Emperor...

One of the many things that bothers me a bit in this (and I might be a fool in seeking logic in isekai slop, but...): it's the second time they mention in this manga that it's the lords responsibility to "exterminate labyrinths" that appear in their lands. And at first this makes sense, since monsters attack people and cause trouble where the labyrinth forms... But, so far we haven't really seen much of that. In fact, it looks like a MAJOR CORE of this world's economy is linked and dependent on those same labyrinths. Once they appear somewhere, people start making money. So, by destroying these places aren't thet effectively destabilizing the society? Or am I just dumb?

I like how much reasonable justification there was for various stuff in this chapter, like how easy his job was, and his interactions with the Duke. From start to finish, and as they fill in the little details, it actually makes sense that the Duke would take an interest and invite him aside to chat, in contrast to how contrived that trope of 'nice noble gets personally curious' can feel in other isekai/fantasy stories.

The thing is, apparently nobody in this world managed to clear a labyrinth yet. They mention the first emperor being the one who went the furthest at floor 91 but that's it.

That was in regards to the specific labyrinth where they have their home base. There's never been an indication that no labyrinth anywhere has ever been conquered. I recall it was stated that the reward for doing so is to claim ownership of the lands around it.

Wasn't there a chapter or several that brought up that the extermination applies to labyrinths that spring up too close to highly populated areas, and the exceptions where labyrinths are in cities are when the cities form around a labyrinth that is seeing heavy use and thus the labyrinth is effectively walled in because the city was designed with containing it in mind?

Or did I read a novel spoiler somewhere and mistake it for having been stated as such in the manga?
