Yeah this got real weird when 'other video game' characters started dropping in, was really digging the dark grand strategy vibe early on, but the 24th chapter title dosnt build much confidence in the direction its going to keep going - bleh. I hope it returns to form but we will see.

I was really enjoying this, had some great elements, but I too feel like the addition of the other various game genre/system based characters was a bit.. 'out there' if I had to put a name to it I guess?
I'm just hoping that it chills on that path.. because we're already getting into guns at this point, so while it started as something 'new and fresh,' it's quickly falling into a path of "You thought it was Unique, but it's me, Every possible isekai plotline!"

Fingers crossed, started loving this series with the slightly darker vibe early on, even fanboy'd about it to a friend before catching up.. now I'm not so sure how I feel.

If anyone feels like spoilin' me a bit from the LN to mention how batshit this is going to get, how many silly loophole plotline/genre things are going to pop up, then feel free to reply/tag or shoot me a message.

good story, nice art, not the usual trash harem (the harem genre itself aint bad, thoo), not the usual power trip for the author self insert.

the premise is pretty similar to overlord where mc reincarnates into a video game world with his companion but sort of starts from scratch with an advantage
also the way the mc smiles reminds me of Raoul from The hero who seeks revenge
