"Range: 30 ft. circle". MC knows his spells. Those traps were set up at the back of the warehouse, beyond the range of the detection. The trap in the corpse was a "ghost hand" aka Mage Hand; that's not a trap, as ruled by the DMG; as said above re: spells, MC knows his terminology.

Maybe didn't put a trap there to make him waste a spellslot. He knew it'd be checked.

Flour's a classic one against invisibilty. Although I was also expecting the floursplosion. Flour fireballs fearsomely.

Attack spells often require a visible target. I'm not sure Detect Magic would be enough for that. A person isn't magical, so it would detect enchantments and stuff like that on the person.

because they were not a trap in a sense the crossbow is a dummy the flour is well just a flour and not a threat while the explosion is just a magic hand spell(that's why he detect it with detect magic but not detect trap)

I would say that there were no traps at all, because for a trap to work it needs to be activated by the attacker' actions and that's not the case we have here. I see all the things prepared by the MC in the warehouse as the remote controlled weapons.
