blue ball me harder daddy
The serialization ended, and until there's news of the artist's health or a different illistrator, it's basically over.Nooo this was one of the manga I was the most excited about, this is genuinely heartbreaking..
Why is it marked as end? Did they not just put it on ice? Did they explicitly say it's over??
The novel apparently is further ahead.I saw [END] and knew what I was getting into when I started reading this series, but I was at least hoping to see the elves get wiped out before the axe. Holy blue balls batman, do I regret that now.
I don't think I'll ever complain about an unsatisfactory rushed ending again, at least all those other series didn't edge us along like this and then cut us off before showing the part everyone has been wanting to see.
Yeah, I get that. I'm not blaming the artist for his health or the author for not wanting to further risk it, I just wished it hadn't come to this. The novel apparently is further ahead.
And it's not like they intentionally did this, you know. Axed series usually are informed ahead of time how many chapter they have left, which is why they get to rush to an ending.
The fact that this is an abrupt end should clue you in on the situation, even a tiny bit.
No one is lying. Translation work takes time: this chapter was originally released (in Japanese) some time ago. Between the original release of the chapter and this translation being uploaded here, the publisher decided to cancel the series for the health of the artist. This is fucky communication. The translators posted in this chapter that this is going on hiatus for the sake of the author's health, yet the site is saying that it was canceled. Who is saying the truth?
