Why he approached it? wasn't it obvious to not approach something that might kill you when you are that weak?

Only approach when the weak you 100% sure it was dead?
It's a bit of a spoiler, but, it is dead. Was dead too.

It's a last stand type of ability where you attack one thing after death. And he was the first to approach it after it died.

Yes. He died.
No, the manga will continue on, with people struck with grief.
The player character has 5 revives (Or was it 4+current life of lives) before account deletion. He will be alright, just suffer a blow of about 20% power of the whole nation.

I've scrolled a bit in the raws,
it looked like he had some kind of revive system, and seems like wolf lady ship is sailing too

Imagine the publisher axed the manga and this is how the author decided to end it. Lol
Considering how axed endings usually turn out in isekai/fantasy manga, that would actually be a refreshing take...

He didnt exactly fight against the idea. Completely unable to speak up for himself then?
Are we reading the same manga?

You know that he is in a King position right? . The moment he realized he misspoke it's already too late to chicken out.
They already prepared a grand shit that fit the king and couldn't possibly go back on his word that could harm the trust of his people to him.
Also his belief of the game system is still strong And he also don't have time to comprehend that the loyalty system might not be the same as in the game. That's why he must be thinking like "i must act befitting of a King". To keep the loyalty point high. Since he's weak human being surrounded by super human and strong beast folk that could kill him with a flick of finger if they decided that he doesn't deserve to be a King

I would once again compared it to Overlord since the beginning is almost the same.
That's in the beginning Ain also despite being a coward inside, act befit of a King outside for his subordinates. Except he have Demiurge to back him up when he didn't know what to say and play along with it. Also have OP body that he possessed.
But this MC didn't have all that Ain have. Despite being the same on the inside. All he have is the belief of the loyalty system that he familiar of.

All im seeing are excuses. A king doesn't "just roll with it" when his subordinates make a mistake. Are you high? Nothing hes done so far could be construed as good or even passable leadership. What would even be the point of only him and two guards going out to scout? They can only scout in a single direction and they're on foot. Its so ridiculously inefficient its laughable. He retarded, hes relying on a game system that wouldn't even feasibly work anymore because these arent characters in a videogame they're fucking living thinking people. Stop comparing this trainwreck to a better manga dude its not helping your case.

What kind of retard king would think "huh they misunderstood my order, instead of correcting them and keeping my vulnerable self from being put directly into danger with little protection in a unknown environment. I should just roll with it! Cant let them think im competent!" He has no feasable way of knowing if the people or creatures of this world are more powerful than his bodyguards or not. He just tossed out everything on a whim.

His subordinates not making any mistake though.
They're carrying his order without any questions, just like what a loyal subordinates would do.
He specifically said "It would be like first expedition just without the lion beastman".
When the first expedition explained by the MC only the four of them go when his kingdom basically only consists of the four of them. So without any Demiurge like character to Overanalyze what his speaking, word by word and over prepared anything so far ahead for the MC. It would be pretty hard to think what to do, especially when you're still in confused state after just transfered out of nowhere

rather than calling him retarded i would say he's reacted like how normal people would do when thrown to unfamiliar place , they would stick to their belief for the first days or weeks. And start figuring out after that. That's why in many possessing isekai manga nowdays the protag always have weeks to month time skip to adapt to their new environment and start moving from there. While here the MC thrown one after another problem without the time to sit down and think this through in the span of 2/3 days.

Also the subordinates could rebelled if the loyalty points dropped low enough got mentioned plenty of time to remind the MC and the reader that this could lead to game over. even when before he transfered to the game world, that is the mechanic of the game he played. That what played the biggest role in the MC beliefs

How do I block seeing any updates to a manga, so I am certain it truly ended here? Or better yet. How do I block anyone and everyone from updating the manga, so I am certain it ended here?
Just use your Dropped box.... :p
