Is it just me or is MC characterization kinda...off in recents chapters? Like I'm all for character development but he acts more and more like generic op isekai protagonist that don't know much about his own power now,he used to be more careful about it before. Because he's been around them for long enough that he understands their relationship dynamic. Furthermore he's already seen that the sister was willing to die to protect her brother. Much different from his own sibling situation. He's known the family for a year if not two so this is far different than Dean and his Sister whom he originally encountered. Plus he himself realizes that he has a complex about those things and he needs to work on fixing it.

Suffice it to say, you don't typically make steel swords from molds. Certainly not through casting. Steel has a high melting point, doesn't liquify well, and had a high shrinkage rate, none of which is good for casting. You can do it, but it takes precision and careful mold design.
