The term "alpha" in this context (a leader/dominant in a pack of wolf/dog) is majoritively disapproved by the Scientific consensus. The original observation was incomplete and the terminologie was disavowed in 1999, unfortunatly it had enough time to gave a false image of the hierarchie of the wolf (and canide in a grander scale).

Sometimes you just need a bowl of salt in your life, it might be a very sweaty day in the summer after alot of physical labor over the past week.....tho most people would intake it with water (gatorade)........

It's always extremely cringy to me when the authors introduce “alpha wolf” bullshit into their works. This idea has been disproven a long time ago, and yet everyone still seems convinced that it's true. Not to mention that even according to this incorrect idea, Riche's description had absolutely nothing to do with being an “alpha wolf.”

Plainly, upon re-reading, I made a mistake.
He meant that DOGS dont like it when you put your hands above their shoulders (where they can't see it, that is); which is true.
I'm a witless looby at times, but the author/TL could have been a bit more clear about this, honestly; the context made it sound like humans wont let you hug with arms over shoulders, and I'm like...

You would have to ask the HR departments of the different companies, but that has absolutely been a firable offense in multiple corporations where I have personally worked.
