Given the release pace, how little happens in each chapter, story jumping around and huge cast I'm really having trouble keeping track of who everybody is.

The only important characters who's names are important are the heads of their species and the unique ones. The two vampires, the angel, the head elf that we saw right now, the two dragon girls one which has horns, the head Oni maid, and Frau that was the main focus of the chapter.

There's only about 10 important female characters in this series and they have distinctive features so just remembering their position as head elf or head maid is enough.

It doesnt matter, even the more than half of the named characters are more than onaholes with barely any characterization.
At this point the wolves have more development than most of the girls.

And now it's as boag stated, a story about assembling a great variety of different, yet quite generic onaholes. The girls are cute and everything, but in the end it's about 1. new girl(s) arrive, 2. new girls shall be fucked, but MC refuses, 3. a few chapters later reader learns, that he fucked them anyways. Rinse and repeat.

Here and there a bit Minecraft gets sprinkled in, which keeps is a bit interesting aside from looking at the cute character designs of the girls. But it's mainly a slice of life comedy between the female cast at this point.

@Umetsu @lenovoaxioo I thought the MC didn't want to vs the Wolves in chess because he was afraid of losing. I don't know if chess can be attributed to intellect in all ways, but being good at it shows strong memory, foresight, making plans for different outcomes and more I'm sure. It isn't like the games where dexterity, agility and strength are needed where the MC basically loses to everyone.
