Nah, I would say Naoto is still at fault and deserved the full brunt of the wish. He took part in defiling her simply by the inaction of not telling her brother, and instead taking advantage of her for sex. He knows she's not well and that Mikihiko deeply cares for her.

The frigging fight scene displays especially how much she doesn't care about herself, to the point she took on a plan that had her GORED. Yeah it was apart of the plan, but I don't think she even needed to take a blow that deep.

This is why I like this manga, cause it honestly goes beyond the scope of the NTR lmao. It's not about NTR, but exploitation is the issue. Naoto took advantage of Mikihiko's sisters unwell state and did not inform him or help her get better. Instead, he just fucked her since he can't be bothered to be a decent human being.

Everyone was fucking her, and so he decided it's okay for him to do it since she's not gonna say no, since she's ya know, MIND BROKEN. Keep in mind she only did all of it to protect Mikihiko so saying it was consensual isn't even valid.

Also love the blaming of the princess, when to be frank, the wish had nothing to do with her. In fact, she's lucky Mikihiko was targeting men, otherwise the wish would've killed her too for enabling Naoto once she found out about what was really going on.
Also, since when did Mikihiko just outright want to fuck his sister??? He wanted to protect er and get them back home.
