It's funny that clam phones are somehow making a comeback.
So the Elf stayed behind and last standed. She must be strong if she survived it. Starting to feel al ittle depressed if she went to those lengths to save him, and he high tailied it out of there.
What a horrible village too. You invent something to help them from a drought. and they put you to the torch. Hope the elf fucking killed all of them.
Thinking if the Elf was actually super strong. I wonder if the MC saved her as she was having a period during one of her fights. Something that would make sense if shes super strong.

Yes, his flight speed is slow...
The real problem is that he isn't licensed as a pilot or as an aircraft, and doesn't have proper aviation radio, and isn't filing flight plans... so unless he doesn't show up on radar he's gonna be in trouble if he does this regularly enough that the air traffic controllers stop thinking it's their radar/etc. glitching up on them and have someone stake out where his flights start/end so they can determine just what is going on.
I know, I'm overthinking again.
The humor was good, yes. Being able to turn the tables on the scum who make their money with horribly inflated "shipping & handling" fees.

That's over Mach 8. It's so fast, especially in the lower atmosphere with dense air, that he must also be using some sort of capsulation or shielding spell along with it otherwise he'd 1.) Die air pressure 2.) Die from asphyxiation or 3.) Die from friction hot enough to melt titanium/Inconel-alloy steel (flights over Mach 6 did this on the X-15... and that traveled at much higher altitudes than he likely is, which had much thinner air - meaning much more air resistance and friction).

Somehow I misread it, and didn't see the k following the 10; 10 km/hr would be slow, 10k km/hour... oy.
Good job on pulling up the relevant information; the author tosses these things out so calmly that you don't always realize just what he's really saying.
He'd really show up on the air traffic controllers' screens at that rate, unless he has some form of stealth mode that works with their tech.

Most definitely. The problem with going that fast is you start generating so much heat that you disrupt the air particles to the extent that you can see radar returns of the disruptions. We actually had this problem with the SR-71 with the thermal radiation and heat exhaust of the aircraft being so hot (both from friction and from engine exhaust) that it'd cause massive disruptions in the air which were visible from hundreds of miles away, to the point where you could actually be seeing the disruption of the air from the aircraft in its wake before you could ever get an actual return from the aircraft. Any decent radar technician would've known something was up and that it was something going through airspace. It was such a problem that they even resorted to using fuel additives to bring down the temperature and keep the disruptions to a minimum.
Ironically this has also benefited the civilian sector as well: if your weather radar can accurately see low pressure/high pressure systems and see conflicting wind and temperature patterns, you can more easily pinpoint and identify things like tornadoes, hurricane tracking, precipitation, ect. After all, Doppler pulsed radar first got its use in military aircraft before it started getting used by meteorologists.
